We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented production engineer for a consulting assignment with a player in the defense and industrial sector. You will work closely with production and become part of a management team alongside production managers, team leaders, quality engineers, and production controllers. Together, you will drive improvement and development work to achieve the company's production goals in a stimulating and technologically advanced environment.

• Develop and optimize production methods
• Drive efficiency work and technical problem-solving in production
• Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
• Establish guidelines, target hours, and lead times

• Experience in production or production engineering work, preferably from hull or assembly
• Experience working in business systems such as IFS ERP or equivalent
• Vocational training in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
